Essay film – documentary about the Swiss artists couple Silvia Gertsch & Xerxes Ach for the occasion of their combined retrospective at the art museum of Berne.
Their mutual fascination for the depiction of light is the basis for a interpretation of their shared life, as artists and as a couple.

EVERYTHING THAT WE SAW was presented at the Université de Lausanne, Séction d‘histoire et esthétique du cinéma during a lecture focusing on the relationship between art and Film, May 30th 2017 hosted by Valentine Robert with Garrick J Lauterbach as guest speaker.
Additionally „Everything that we saw“ was screened at the Gdańsk National Museum (Danzig) in 2018 in a combined retrospektive of the artists Sivlia Gertsch and Xerxes Ach.
